Website Hosting Support + Maintenance/Updates
All website hosting and server plans include free support as well. We are here for you if you have any questions or problems. Additionally 1 hour of static website maintenance/updates is included in our hosting packages every month. This maintenance can include: adding or replacing text and images; adding new content; modifying the design; or altering functionality. As an act of good faith we do not charge our clients for each and every minor change to their website’s. The only requirement to receive free maintenance/updates on your website is that you host your website with KSD. An hour of maintenance each month is normally more than enough time to encompass any minor changes you may require, especially since you can make most basic changes yourself with ease if you have our Web Business Framework & CMS. Major changes, or custom programming requires additional cost.
Web Industry Insight: Most hosting companies will sell website hosting and servers to just anybody, regardless of the customer’s intention, and regardless of how that customers actions will affect their other customers.
